How can I book?
Go to our website atvtourincancun.com and enter the date and number of people who are taking the tour. Check prices, choose the best option for your group and budget. Finally, provide your personal info and pay. Once you’ve done this, you’ll get two emails, one with all the information about your reservation and another one with the payment confirmation.

How long in advance do I have to book?
Do it at least a week before, if possible, especially during peak season.
Can I book the same day of the tour?

Are children allowed to take the tour?
Yes, 4 years old is the minimum age required
Can teenagers under 18 ride an ATV during the tour?
18 is the ideal age to ride an ATV. However, teenagers under 18 could do it if they are skilled at it and parents sign the consent form.
Let us know about it if this is your case.
Can I get to the place in my own car?
Yes, you can. We have different packages/prices with or without transportation. Getting there by car could be cheaper, even though we recommend booking the service that includes transportation to avoid possible difficulties.
Are there any restaurants?
Yes. A la carte menu is offered. This is not included in the tour price.
Are any meals included?
A snack and a beverage will be offered to you (variety depends on the daily menu: tacos, quesadillas, chicken etc.)
What is the transportation schedule?
- 1. Pick up: from 7:50 am to 9:30 am -> Return: From 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm
- 2. Pick up: from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm -> Return: From 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm
The specific pick up time will depend on your hotel´s location and you will be informed about it when you confirm your reservation.
Is transportation a shared service?
Yes, it is. Be punctual to avoid any delays.
Can I book a private transfer?
Yes, you can. The extra charge will depend on the number of people in your group. Just let us know about it via WhatsApp.
How long does the ATV tour take?
40 minutes aprox.
How long does it take to do all the activities?
It takes 3.5 hours aprox. (transportation time not included)
Is the tour safe?
Absolutely! You will be guide by experts during the tour. Certified equipment is provided. Activities involved brief training and safety rules information.
Rainy season?
You´ll take your tour rain or shine! The Mayan Jungle and Cenotes are equally magic in the rain.
Are cameras allowed?
No, you are not allowed to take any type of cameras (GoPro, cell phones, etc.) during the ATV tour and in the ziplines.
This is a safety rule you must follow to avoid accidents.
Who cannot take the ATV tour?
- Pregnant women.
- People with recent injuries or surgeries, heart disease, vertigo or serious back problems.
